Bad car buy from we buy wheels
On February of 2026 I purchased a Reno stepway from we buy wheels in Montana, Pretoria, the car really looked clean and was in great condition or so I thought. I took it for a test drive basically around the block from the dealership and all looked in order, so I purchased the car. I then decided to take it for a drive to sun city to see what is was like on a longer journey as I'm from Krugersdorp,and about 5km from sun city the engine light came on and there was a complete loss of power to the vehicle, I reached sun city and turned back home driving very slowly as that's all the power the car had, on my next day off from work I took it to car clinic where they did a diagnostic report on the car and the report came back with 7 faults including an abs fault,as we all know abs is one of the most important features on your car as it handles the brakes . I then phoned Chriss from we buy wheels who was the sales person I delt with and told him the problem I experienced and he rep**** that he knew nothing of the issues and blamed the buying team ,he further more said he would discuss this with the owner of the dealership and would come back to me, which he didn't. it also turns out the car was in an accident and sunlam had been involved in the claim. The way I knew this was I phoned weelee to give me a price on the vehicle and they came back to me saying they could not buy it from me as it was involved in an accident, all this info was obviously privy to the dealership and none of this was passed on to me , as they would only be interested in making the sale and once done then it would be up to me to sort out the problems . I would just recommend anyone thinking of buying a vehicle form we buy wheels to do there home work on the car first as best you can and even try and get some history on the vehicle as well.

Washing machine refund not issued
I bought a washing machine through Bob shop, ( cost was r 2.034 ,00 ) the payment was accepted and a delivery date was issued. Day's after the delivery date I still had not received my washing machine,so I contacted them , spoke to an agent and and also emailed them about the matter. They intern assured me that they would issue my refund within the next 7 working days. Nothing has as been issued and no refund reflected in the account that I used. I have written more emails but until now there has been no feed back. Clearly this practice is known as a ****. Beware of buying anything on the Bob shop online portal.

Home defense and paintball gun removed
On February of 2025, I posted an ad to sell my HDR revolver, which is a home defense and paintball gun it uses ço2 cartridges. One can use pepper *****, paint***** and solids. It is not a real gun that one needs a license to keep. I then received a reply that the ad was removed due to it being an uncensored item. My question is does Gumtree remove all ads pertaining to paintball guns to. I think not... It comes down to the person doing the review, and to me that person is unprofessional and useless at doing that particular work. Rather put someone who will take the time to access what the ad is about before just making a decision based on what a picture tells you. Certainly it looks like a gun but it is not, and is legal to have in ones posetion.

Unprofessional and *********** staff
The absolute worst experience in all of my dealings with courier companies. I asked for a simple request to phone the driver and find out how far my package was and just to phone me back. The operator just kept bouncing me from one department to the other and I had being trying from 10 am until about 4 pm, when I called it a day. The driver's name is Solomon morena,and the the lady who was supposed to phone me back was Tuli. I have never seen a more unprofessional and *********** bunch of people. This particular branch is in the business estate in longmeadow, Gauteng. No surprise the company only has a 2 star rating. If it was up to me I would not even give them a star.
