The people are very unorganized and rude. Made a booking for a tattoo on Saturday at 1. The called my 7:30 in the morning to ask if I can't come in a 9 and I said I can't theybsaid 1 will be fine then sent me a WhatsApp at 10 to say I must come in at 3. I said that wont work for me I want to reshudule. They dont not respond till following day when I decide to cancel the appointment they never respond or take my calls or anything im still waiting for my deposit refund. If there service is this bad how was their tattoo going to be. I dont recommend this tattoo parlor for anybody
So before I purchased my vehicle I throughly did my research. I went to haval edenvale after reading reviews and researching the dealership. I purchased my vehicle 2 months ago and it's been great. The dealership is OK. Little hard to be noticed but I had a great sales man LUCKILY. He was just great and professional and made me feel comfortable. Through researching the dealership I did notice a review or two about accident cars as I noticed mine too had been in a minor accident in the rear but it was we'll fixed. Im not sure if the dealership is aware of such things as it was not disclosed but for me its not a big issue for me as it was fixed and I guess that's why I got the car a great deal. The dealership does also not require alot of information from you like other dealership just the main basics. I loved that, all around a good experience because of the sales person and I generally love the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership for a great deal and a easy experience.
The best company in the world. Things started poorly as a got a horrible first consultant but when you complain they immediately attend you and take alot complains seriously. They are easily reachable and always avaliable. So after I have got my consultant changed it's been the best experience ever, great deals and negotiates and they make your life so easy seriously. I will never leave them thank you so much. Special shout out to Bontle for being their best consultant
A company you can never get ahold off. You will call and call and get no one. They will call you when they want to tell you a warntee you never knew about had expired and their offering you a new one. Imagine that nonsense how annoying because I'm currently paying for a warntee. It's was never disclosed that my vehicle has. And when you not interested in the deal the consultant because rude. I have been trying to change my debit order date and payment arrangement but i can not get a hold of them. I regret financing my vehicle with them
Cartrack has the worst service in the world. After the technician fitted the tracker my radio does not not automatically dim when i turn on ny headlights like it used to, i only noticed this in the evening. They called me after a week to tell me about some activation fee I must pay which was never disclosed to me. Last month I changed my debit order date to earlier in the month because I get paid early. They said the had changed it it's been a week after my pay day they still haven't debt me. So I'm not expecting them to debit me on a date when I don't have money because I made this arrangement last month. The consultant are untrained and rude. They can't not answer my questions and they always leave information out. Worst service ever I would not advice anyone goes with them. If the service is this bad, if anything were to happen to my car how bad will the service because you strruggle just to get a consultant to enquire something. will be changing them ASAP.
I purchased insurance through bsure advisors. At first things were well until they had made a mistake in the details of my car. Then they wanted me to pay extra and they debit order when they want. I purchase the car on Friday and I was told il be debited on money due to the weekend. But the debited the money on Saturday morning so why did they lie. That what annoys me most. My activation I was told by the consultant I will pay it next month. But the sent me a message saying I have to pay it next week. They say they charge R90 fee for the service but in the invoice they actually charge R95. Why all these small lies and amounts of debit that are not properly disclosed. I would not advice at all. Rather do insurance yourself. And when one consultant fails you they have another call you and tell you lies
