I have to agree that the glowing reviews have to be ****s. The customer care is absolutely non existent at Saving Grace! I've called email and WhatsApped only to be ignored or told that I will be called back. Very quick to take your money and no assistance is provided!!!! How is this legal. Will be taking the matter up further with my lawyers. Absolutely disgusted.
Absolutely amazing service. Ordered my ps5 console on the 11th December at 14h30, opted for the pickup option and was ready for collection at 11h00 the next day. Got a bit lost and the customer care was very helpful 🙌🏻 highly recommend
Absolutely pathetic service. I received my deposit back from my previous rental agency after moving. An amount of just over R15k that is placed on debit hold. 10 calls in total to Tymebank, 7 which were hung up on me, 2 successful calls and one where I ran out of airtime being placed on hold so much. Two consultants promised that the debit hold would be lifted in 4 hours after sending proof of payment. Almost 48 hours later and how you claim that the proof of payment **** and you can't trace the payment... I can trace the payment from FNB, my friends can and so can the rental agency. Absolutely *********** *******. My account is frozen and I cannot access my own funds. Pay back my funds, don't recommend tymebank to anybody as I feel this issue will arise ever time I receive a large amount of cash into my accounts. I am very unhappy and want to close my accounts. Will be reporting the matter to the NFO. Have not even received feedback or reference numbers. Disgusting.
Was luckily awake before 00h00 (26 Jan 2025) and noticed that someone was flashing a bright light on my bedroom window... I jumped out of bed and ran outside to confront the person and it was a "Bull security response officer". He was NOT wearing a uniform and informed me that my neighbour had left his gate open... Seemed very suspicious to me as he shone his flashlight all over my premises even AFTER confronting him and then he kept driving up and down my street, even switched off his car lights and stood still... so I called Bull security and Informed them of the situation and gave them my neighbour's contact number to call him about the matter... Unprofessional that your "response" didn't manage to get hold of the control room himself to inform my neighbour of the situation. I have worked for security companies in the past and know that you can get the clients details even with just an address... I don't trust majority of these security companies due to inside jobs of house break-ins. Did not feel safe. Train your reaction guys and keep tabs on them. Unprofessional that he was not wearing a uniform as it leads people to believe that the marked car may have been ******. I understand that he may have just been doing his job by checking my property as well but he should've had your control room contact the client to make sure everything was okay and he should be wearing a uniform for his safety and others safety.
Not only does the website conveniently never work... I cannot access my online banking; can't change my password and keep getting error messages and pages that won't load when trying to reset it but your ATMs at Woodlands and The Grove branches kept swallowing my cash deposits. Bank fees are ridiculously high as is and when the ATM swallows my cash over a weekend, I am forced to return to the bank on a Monday and lose wages as well as pay extra transport fees just to report the matter and be refunded DAYS later. On 3 occasionas I had deposited money for monthly expenses only for you ATMs to swallow my cash leading to bounced payments, penalties from my accounts that were not paid on time and then FNB charges me for not having paid accounts on time to top it all off!!!! For MONTHS I had to deposit my cash at Pick n Pay branches to insure my money actually went into my accounts because I didn't trust your ATMs anymore! I tried closing all bank accounts with FNB after the last time this happened and my accounts are not only still open 3 weeks later after they said it would take 7 days to close but I am now still being charged bank fees AFTER paying the fees due to close them! I had gone in years ago to change my address too with proof and somehow your consultant still managed to put an absolute random address down instead of the one I had given her that I have asked to be changed multiple times and nobody ever assisted me making it very difficult when filling in application forms elsewhere with some random address on my bank statements. Absolutely pathetic bank and I don't recommend to any business owners or anyone, period.
