Slumberland Mattress
SAGGING MATTRESS, USELESS GUARANTEE! We purchased a premium range Slumberland Jupitar Medium King Extra Length from Mr. Mattress in Somerset West on the 7th of December 2025. The mattress was delivered on 15 December 2025. Less than one month later, the mattress is sagging badly on both sides, completely hollow where our bodies lie, and has a bulge down the centre and by our heads and feet. We had the Slumberland expert assess the mattress; his findings are that there is nothing wrong with the unit. Their warranty is an absolute gimmick to have people purchase their product. Do not buy any Bravo brand mattress, like Edblo, King Koil, Sealy or Slumberland. They have NO after-sales service.

Octotel worst fibre provider
Absolutely useless! After almost one month of constantly having to get hold of them, they confirmed they can not install fibre to my premises. This after the coverage was done and installation and delivery costs were paid. Avoid them like a plague. Useless to the next level Now to find someone else
