My son bought a chocolate for me for valentine's day. As I opened to bite it, I bit a chocolate with a wire. Can this be right
i was called by Attwell, who i spoke to and confirmed all the details of the product, accept the fact that i got the impression that i will be paying R516 on installements for 6 months not R516 per month for 6 months. I called in to cancel my order as i could not afford the R516 per month and laso sent out an email but there was no response. Now i have the package delivered to me. The package that i won't be able to afford. Please can someone help me here. I CANNOT AFFORD R516 PER MONTH FOR 6 MONTHS. IM SORRY.....
This is not the first time this store did this to me. The first time around (01/08/15) i was sweared at in front of other customers for just asking the guy to serve the other queue as it was not moving like the other. and the recent incident happened on the 29/08/15 where i bought dunked wings and was given only flats without any explanation from Sibongile. i asked for a refund and i was told its impossible as i bought via EFT. She called the manager and he was so rude to that he asked me what he is suppose to do with the wings as i touched them and full of gems. i asked how was i suppose to see if the wings were the correct ones as i only saw flats. he sweared at me and instructed the others to give me back my money
