No online service !!
Good day My order was placed and paid for 24 July 2025. The delivery was booked for 11 Aug 2025. After hearing nothing from Leroy Merlin I phoned on 11 Aug just to find out the product can not be delivered. They could not give me a date. I then cancelled my order and the lady said that Head Office will be in contact to pay back my money. Nothing new, nobody was in contact with me as yet and I assume nobody is going to phone or email me anyway. Therefore please see this as my final complaint, if you do not sort out the issues by 25 August I will lodge my complaint with Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) or the National Consumer Commission (NCC). Utterly dissatisfied with your online orders. Regards

No Response
Goodday, we have send through a email on 14 February 2018 to close an account with telephone number 04 ********** 2. The turnaround time is 21 business days. We send through another email on 13 April regarding the case, but we have not heard anything from Telkom as yet. Can someone just confirm that the account was closed, as we are trying to close the estate. Kind Regards

i cancelled my contract with Chubb way back on 16 October 2013 as we moved. Now i receive emails stating that i only cancelled my contract on the 13 January 2016. I have the emails in which chubb confirms my cancellation. I then provided them with the new owners details for them to arrange for her to open a new account with chubb or to remove the radio. what kind of services is this ? now they threaten to get legal action ! I send through emails with the proof of cancellation but no one even replies. The lady that confirmed the cancellation has left chubb and i think they are taking a chance because she actually made the mistake.
