Defective exterior paint
I bought my paint at build it and I told them I want it for outside and the salesman convinced me to take the build it plascon paint however I’ve discovered that when it’s raining the paint melts and coming off but the guarantee is 8 year I bought it on the 27 of December 2025 to this date the paint has been washed off by the rain my outside wall looks soo terrible I am very dissapointed as I thought Plascon paints are of quality i have sent numerous emails to both build it and plascon but nothing have been done to this date and I will not let this slide I have spent lot of money buying this paint.

Poor customer service,we paid for our installation lastweek but till this date we still waiting for someone to come and install

Vuma reach bad service
I logged a complaint on the 21st January 2025 regarding my line(wi-fi router) not working and I was told I should wait 24 hours for the feedback But to this date, there has been no tangible response from Vuma reach team No technician or whatsoever that have been sent to come and fix the router and get me connected as I have made payments already It’s soo frustrating,my kids can’t even access internet for school work but the Wi-Fi has been paid So disappointed with your service I have been calling Vodacom as it is my service provider but nothing have been done All I want is my money back now immediately
