Exoticar Benoni sold a vehicle to me which I don't drive often. I learned now that it leaks oil and the place where oil seal is, are weld together. If I had driven the vehicle every day I would have had a big problem. My husband reported it, and they are giving him a lot of stories also telling him that he is not their client I am but when they sold the vehicle, he made the deal. The finance is just on my name how *********.
I requested to cancel my policy via email as well as telephonically due to service failure and the still deducted a premium on 1 October. I send another email and still the premium R367,35 is not yet reimbursed. I contacted my bank, and they advise only Clientele can refund the premium because it is a DebiCheck.

I bought a Adidas hoody at Edgars Boksburg for my son on Sunday 30/6 and he wanted to ware it yesterday 1/7. He noticed that there is mark on the item and he took it off. When I arrived home, he showed me the mark and it is a mark of the steam iron used in the shops. I know that because I use to work temporary at Fashion world as a many years ago. I told him to take it off and my husband took it back today 2/7, because we are working parents. The manager at Edars refused to change the item stating that the item was washed and ironed. I paid R700 for an item which was spoiled in the stote by the staff and we get the blame for it. This is ridicules unethical.
