They haven't assisted my mother yet, it seems as if now they're forcing her to take a premium package because they say that she owes five hundred and something on top of 469 that was paid on 31st July this year It was supposed to be from 4th August to 4th of September but now we are unable to see the TV because it's blocked. What a ****
This month of August they've ****med my mother she paid for Dstv. but unfortunately she didn't see the TV because they have blocked it saying that she owes five hundred and something sometimes it's six hundred and something We spend over 200 already phoning them about the since they have said it's still under investigation from 31st of July, and we paid the installment of Compact but they have blocked it I no longer recommend it and they're showing one thing over and over
Very very poor service, now because they've lost clients. So they are ****ming us My mom she's a pensioner but they have upgraded her to premium without her knowing they ex3her to pay 1200 She paid her compact installment on 31st and we phoned again on the very same day they said it will go back to compact but after 7 days But they keep blocking the services saying she must pay five hundred and something since from the 4th August we only watch TV for a day or 2 days then they block, we phone and you must spend over 30 minutes on the phone before they can assist, and it is money that airtime we are using it is too much How can a pensioner pay an instalment of 1200 a month
Hi all This stars are for 2 ladies from Afrizon customer care I do not remember their name I so sorry but I one of the it's Lrbogang Anyway I am so so proud of you, you know what you're doing just in a week and half my complaint it is sorted Leroy and his team they couldn't do it for 4 months.... I will not recommend Afrizon Telecommunication to anyone They're are playing with peoples as if we are getting money from the tree A good sales consultant put themselves in their customers shoes and they listen to customers to build a good relationship But Afrizon staff they're parasites and selfish including their seniors even if you go to complain the make fool of you I hate that company
I hate Afrizon Telecommunication whole heartily, they made contracts with my name without my knowledge now I am the one suffering while they just getting lots of commission, Leroy the manager Jonathen so called customer service Horaan team leader The one in Wynberg Sandton Actually this was a ***** because I did not sign up for this and they even listened to the recordings Horaan did not tell me about this DATA he only spoke about the iPhone Now since January fighting this thing and they just let you do the things on your own but they manage to do this contracts without our consent because they know if I don't act my name will be ruined
I really don't know what to say now about this company. I went again on the 19th last Wednesday this I found the manager by the name of Leroy that's if he is really the manager because it seems as if every time you find different manners He promised to assist as they all say... Since then I wrote him an email I tried to call him but dololo he never returned my call They did not assist me till today This company it is ruining MTNs name they're doing ***** deliberately all the staff members
I want to share my heartbreaking story, I thought I have 2 contracts with Afrizon telecommunication but only to find out that they made 4 and they have cancelled 1 as I was fighting. To my surprised when I phoned MTN to enquire about my contract they told that I am left with 3 contracts and each one has it's price I am warning you if you get a call from Afrizon just run for your life And I will not let them get away with this I am going to fight them As for that call centre guy name Jonathan and they will act stupid as if they don't understand what MTN it is doing while they know what they did This is *****ulent making people's stupid this is money They can not do that and I remember the 1st day this consultant guy Horaan Phalane phoned me I said you guys are ****** as if I knew as long as I know their offices I will go there and I think I am going to open a police case against this company they have played made me a fool
So dissapointed that MTN it is using Afrizon to **** peoples, I have been writing emails to them and they are responding to the emails therefore they are busy kept on sending me sms even after I have told them several times that Afrizon did not deliver the home WiFi And I even manage to go to Afrizon offices in Wynberg Sandton they said on their side my acc it is zero and they showed me on their system but still my number remain. suspended by MTN and this morning I have received another sms that if I don't pay they are going suspend it for good I really don't know what to do
I a so so annoyed by Afrizin/ MTN customer care In January I wrote email TO MTN and I was td that my contact it is on pending and I still have that email. And I told them how come it is on pending but the statement it's issued that I should pay, they did not respond now they have blocked my number saying I should pay 438 of something I do not have which is a home WiFi and they're busy with email throughout the night
