I have lodged a storm related claim in December 2025 which was attended to in January 2026 due to the festives. The contractor was appointed to do the work after he has conducted the assessment. On the day he came, I was home and showed him where it is needed to be repaired. It was a damaged roof. He was not interested in d as nothing I said, I end up leaving him alone. Upon finishing the work, I signed the job card and rated him unsatisfactory, it should be noted that I paid R1500 excess fee. Realising that the work done is unsatisfactory, I reported to ABSA and the contractor, I attached pictures since 15 January 2026 and many follow-ups via phone and e-mail, the complaint remains unresolved. ABSA HOC, please do the right thing, I pay my premium without fail, your staff and contractors are unresponsive.

I regret the day a bought Nissan Navara @ BB Auto Gezina in May 2024. The car had a faulty screen which is used to electronics, such as navigation, radio, etc. March 2025, the screen locked, I couldn’t see up anything, the only thing you could do is drive. I booked the car for service, the lady who helped me doesn’t even know how to start the car, how can she even understands your problem? The car was booked in, they couldn’t fix the problem. They took out the screen & told me it will be fixed within 5 days, 12 days after I’m still waiting. No call, no update. I went to the dealership, the lady took me to the service manager who ignored me until I left. The car is of no use to me without electronics. It is as good as an old car without even a radio. There is no way I will keep this car, it is parked for almost 2 weeks cos it is of no use to me. Is it really difficult to exchange the screen for a new one for a car which is less than a year old? Customers are not valued at Nissan BB Auto Gezina.
Istore Kolonnade managers and staff very rude and unwilling to assist customers. Their policy is about them not the customers, they don’t respond to queries, when they do after a month, they are not helpful @ all. I’ve never seen such arrogance & disrespect. They pay no attention to their work, I’m in debt because of them. They concluded a contract with wrong date after they made me wait for about 4 weeks to change the cellphone number, the contract was activated without signing the contract. I thought Istore is serving premium clients, next time I will opt for other brands. I’ve been using IPad & IPhone for more than 15 years, this is my last apple gadget, lepopotwana provides a better service. I hope the executives are attending to this complaints because they are just too many. I’m still waiting for my money to be refunded, worse part they even deduct on the wrong date despite the fact that they have my payslip, they have no regard at all for the customers, the staff and managers, 4 of them couldn’t assist me. They don’t even deserve 1 star.
