If I could give a zero, I'd do just that. What a hassle trying to get a refund after I they debited me after I settled via EFT. The different department don't seem to know each other. The refunds department doesn't respond to emails. What a frustrating experience this has been for me. I hope they go out of business soon! Karma is a *****!
I don't know whether they hate me or they hate themselves but don't expect any customer service. They'll approve your loan & you'll get your funds but you'll have to fight them for attention. They take days upon days to process and the people you speak to (when you manage to get ahold of them don't care). They won't answer your calls & they will reply minimum every two hours on WhatsApp. Won't be using them again shame
How this store is still in business is magical to me. Possibly the worst online experience I have ever had. They are extremely late on delivery (one item from one supplier). Order tracking information is barely there. When you call or speak to their customer service people, they can't assist because they know as much as you do. I will never use them again & I will make sure people I know never use them either
It's frustrating that you can never talk to a person. I've been waiting over a week for my disc to get delivered. Can't get ahold of anybody to tell me where the damn thing is. You pay quite a bit of money to get appalling service. I'm done with these guys.
