Bad attitude
The drivers are very rude and they dont understand that sometimes we are at work and they want us to send them live locations. when i tell them that iam not at home they would say they dont know the place. why did u take the delivery of a place you dont know

Double debit from my account
I used the app in store to purchase a meal and they debited twice. Went to make an enquiry, but nothing has been done since 10 August.

Bad quality late delivery
Delivery was made first week of December and Delivered third week of January, a month later. The condition of the pots that I bought its Soo Bad. They very small compared to the advert. The handles are melting when on the stove. The chicken that I cook has black staff on it I assume its the painting coming off due to heat. Its the first time I use them today. Opened from the box. Soo disappointed at Makro in polokwane
