If there was a negative rating I will give a -100 of client dissatisfaction. I have recently paid my account in full on 06 February 2021. I have received my statement to find that they have added interest and all kind of fees so I still owe them monies. Please advise you go into a shop and ask please can you give me my full outstanding balance and you settle your full outstanding balance, then 4 days later you receive an account to show you have an outstanding balance. I have paid all my debt and now you want to still add amounts to my account. Please advise me how does this work. I have contacted the call centre and she advised that her manager will call me back Saturday morning still to date I have not received a phone call from Game. Is this how you treat an account holder that has been a loyal customer. Every month you take the monthly instalment via debit order on 25-01-2021 R1297.03 On 28-01-2021 I went into the shop and I paid R9000.00 and on 06-02-2021 the outstanding balance of R19 021.551 a few days later. Please also note that my account has not been in arrears. If everything is paid up then afterwards you want to add fees. This is unacceptable.
I have been waiting one week after the a call was logged regarding my account the Ref No #####1669 for the query they advised me that I will be contacted within 24 hours Friday 06 July 2018 I phoned again Monday afternoon 09 July 2018 and I have been advised that I must be patient someone will phone me back by the10th at the latest. Still waiting? ? ? Cell C is charging me for Data that I have not received and this is on a contract. The charge on my statement : 1GB Data (01 July to 31 July 2018) with a amount. 1st of all I have not even received the data, secondly I am on a contract that runs for 24 months. effective mid August, every call centre agent has a different story they have advised me that I am charged for previous months data usage, then my contract for the data has expired but the minutes on the contract is still active, so please explain how can I have 1 contract with minutes and data and the one lapses before the other? This is 1 contract with the benefits. Upon taking out a new contract in 2016 where it clearly states the starting date of the contract and Cleary shows how much the contract is for the period of time, after phoning the contact centre again and again I was eventually transferred to Rosie Mogashoa. I've forwarded her the contracts when I tried to contact her again she does not exists I have spoken to more than 5 agents and they do not even know her. How is this possible. Still she has not phoned me back. I have 4 contracts with Cell C and I will cancel all of them due to pathetic service from the agents that I have spoken to, If you do not want my business I will gladly take it elsewhere.
