STAY AWAY!!! we purchased an Opel Crossland from Hyundai Pinetown. When we reached out to them and wanted information on the vehicle, we were told the vehicle is under warranty and has no service available. We proceeded with the purchase of the vehicle as was told it has a manufacturer warranty still in place and still has 2 years left, meaning until 2027. We proceeded and bought the car. I have had the car exactly a month when a problem occurred with the water bottle, etc... I phoned Hyundai Pinetown ***en) about the problem, and he said he would get Opel to sort it out. I received a call from Opel Bedfordview and was told the vehicle is not under warranty and warranty was only for 3 years. The vehicle is a 2022 model.. to my horror, I phoned Hyundai Pinetown ( Owen), and he still maintained it was 5 years warranty. He later phoned me and told me he was incorrect. We would never have purchased the vehicle had we of known it was out of warranty. They said they would purchase the vehicle back under the terms and conditions... meaning I would get less than what I paid for it?? If I choose to keep the vehicle they will fix it, but I would have to take out an additional warranty at my own expense and also pay for a rental out of my own pocket as well?? None of this should have happened. I purchased a vehicle in cash under the pretense that my vehicle is under motor warranty and everything was correct? Now I am having to fork out additional money that would never have been should the vehicle have been under warranty... I have also been told the part is not available for 21 days?
I am flabbergasted at how you guys operate???? I made the decision to leave my previous medical aid to ensure my son is covered for his medical expenses and his chronic medication as it was costing us a fortune. When we changed over to Bonitas we asked all the questions required about our son. We told the lady he is on the spectrum, he gets medication every month etc. A month ago we found out that the medical aid was not paying for the medication for me or my son ( Chronic). They have in fact been using our savings to pay for it????? We were not informed of the process nor had a clue?????? I phoned them, they told me what to do, to which I did. I just received a email saying my son is not covered for the Autism spectrum and that they will not pay for the medication????? THE WHOLE POINT WE MOVED TO YOU WAS BECAUSE OF MY SON!!!!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO MUCH INCOMPETENCE FROM THE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE. We told the lady who helped us switch to Bonitas what we need covered!! Are we being taken for a ride?? I will be looking at another medical aid which suits us and will report Bonitas! Listen to your phone conversations and you will see we spoke more about my son's Autism spectrum disorder and made sure he would be covered!!
I am absolutely shocked with Fourways Life and Wilgeheuwel life hospitals. First, I will start off with Fourways Life.... I received a bill which I did sort out via EFT and then made 2 additional payments via the ATM cash Deposit at the banking ATM. I used the reference number they gave me. I did not however keep the papers as thought they would be privy enough to look for the reference number on their banking side. I have been bombarded by phone calls from a company called revco constantly whom obviously don't know how to check their finances and for the reference number used!!! Now, for Wilgeheuwel... I made a cash payment at the ladies who sit by the hospital, to my surprise I get phonecalls saying there is money still outstanding and they never received any monies?? That obviously means the lady stole the money?? Would it be better for me to open a police case as to find out what happened to the money I paid the lady as I paid it in cash. I am pretty sure if you looked at your cameras you would see I was there and did do the payment!!!! I am utterly disgusted with both hospitals. Good luck trying to get through to fourways life finance department at the hospital, they never answer their phone!!!
I have never experienced this kind of behavior from a business. I have waited almost 2 months for my part to arrive only to be told on the day of it supposed to be arriving that i have to wait at least another 2 weeks possibly to get it fixed?? I am without a vehicle, i have to get to work, i have a son whom is on the spectrum that i have to take to school and pick up, i have to take him for his Occupational therapy, speech therapy, doctor's appointments etc.. Only response from Hyundai / Kia is sorry, nothing they can do about it???? I have not taken my son to any of his additional classes for so long, but.. Hey.. They said sorry. I have been a loyal Hyundai car owner, have always had Hyundai as my go to car, i will not be doing that anymore, Kim the supervisor has been helpful, but evidently the Dealer Principle, parts managers are nothing short of appalling and evidently dont know how to run the business. Thank you very much Hyundai / Kia Fourways for making my life Hell even though i have paid for the parts etc.. I will never recommend this dealership or brand to anybody ever again.
It has now been 6 days that I have not heard from Redefine Properties. ( Wrote a review on the 23rd August 2022 ) They replied to the previous review I gave saying get in contact with the customer care email on their website and within a day or 2 somebody shall respond back to me.. as of yet.. nobody has responded or called me. Redefine Properties: Termination of Lease Agreement as a result of Covid and Decline in business. I gave notice to to Redefine to vacate the leased premises at the end of the May 2022. I found a tenant to take over the premises as soon as I vacated it. This person owns a business next door to us and is an existing tenant renting from Redefine on a month-to-month basis and at a higher rental. This was the perfect tenant to take over our premises immediately. I gave his details to Redefine. I also asked the person to get in touch with Redefine directly, which he did on numerous occasions. I have these emails and a letters from the individual. Redefine Properties stalled and failed to respond in taking up this new tenant and to date have not taken any steps in securing the new lease/cession. I had been a loyal and upstanding client for 10 years. Due to Covid etc I have lost so much money and was forced to close doors. I requested to leave and offered my deposit which would cover everything. They ignored all steps I've taken to mitigate and prevent loss in respect of the lease agreement. Their attorneys have sent a letter of demand for almost R100,000. I can't afford this. We've taken our son out of crèche. We've endured stress, tears and loss of business during lockdown/Covid. We sold personal belongings pay their rent in hopes business would turn up. Now we have a big corporate business sending us a letter of demand from their attorneys demanding payment within 20 days of 100k even though we provided a new tenant for our shop and have not got that kind of money. "We're not landlords. We're people" is not fitting for this company

I would like to complain about the utterly poor service my wife and 3 year old son recieved from pick n pay Fourways crossing. My wife went to the store to get some cold rink for my son where she was met at the front door by the Manager called Edison. Edison said to my wife that he does not want you people in the store. My wife did have a mask on but my son whom has just turned 3 did not. My wife was trying to explain to him that my son is on the spectrum and that we struggle just to get trainers on him and if we try and put a mask on him the would be hell with his tantrum. Unfortunately Edison instead of being calm and collected was very short and aggressive towards my wife by still saying you people (wife is Chinese) must leave the shop immediately as he does not want his people getting sick??? I am appalled at the customer service experienced there!! I dont believe we will ever use that store again!! Disgusting!!
