On Monday I took in my laptop to be checked and requested for the software to be updated. I sat there for more than an hour and parts were replaced, yet I was not asked. I had another appointment to get to and said I’d be back later that day to collect it. Marlene agreed to that. When I got back my laptop was not ready, I was neither informed that it wouldn’t be ready. The following day I phoned asking when my laptop will be ready and I was told by Jacky that the machine is off and they are trying to get it fixed. By Wednesday I had lost patience, because Jacky and Marlene did not communicate with me. I then requested for my laptop to be returned by the end of day. I did not receive a quote, Jacky delivered the laptop and charged me for what I don’t know, because there is no difference when using my laptop. The following day I phoned asking where my receiver was for my cordless mouse. Marlene was adamant that she gave it to me, which she didn’t, because she never saw it in the first place. I am now inconvenience to buy another receiver. My experience with MacWorx was awful. Marlene is too old to be playing around with laptops that people have worked hard for to buy. Her memory is not the greatest and she should retire. Jacky and Marlene are terrible t communicating. All she should’ve done was admit to losing it and not blame me. Take accountability Marlene!!!!!
Multichoice has the worst supervisors, it’s been over a month and my problem is still not sorted out. Tokollo a day Mlenghi Madiya have promised to phone me back, I’m still waiting. Maybe they’ll phone before the year ends, I have lost count of how many times I have phoned and explained my situation. It’s surprising that nobody can find these people. Multichoice do you actually have supervisors working for you who know how to solve a problem?? Why is service in this country like this??!!
For the past 2 months, multi choice has not debited my account, yet they keep charging me for a reconnection fee. I have been to my bank and the fault is with multi choice. All my other debit orders have gone off successfully. I want the money back that I paid unnecessarily for a reconnection fee and my services reinstated. I am sick and tired of talking to useless agents. I want this sorted today. Stop taking people and their money for ride.
I purchased a router and sim on Friday and was told it would be delivered on Monday. Monday came and went and no router, the supervisor on duty promised that I’ll get it today. Only to get a phone call from the courier that it will not be delivered today. Worst service ever!!!!!! I would not recommend rain to anyone, their customer service is non existent.
