I opened a contract for data this month and when i received the data it wasn't what was agreed upon, i just called mtn and i wasn't able to get help. You cannot let us open contracts based on miscommunication. I was requesting the recording of when i made the contract but the number they gave me to call doesn't go through.
Never going to Southgate mall ever again just got Harrased by the Taxi Marshals for requesting an uber that time i wasn't even at the Mall i was by Sheads side. Clearly the Mall management doesn't care. Worst worst experience ever, feared for my life while out shopping...
I've been waiting for a refund since 7 July up until now, last week i called again and they told me my case was closed. It didn't make sense how my case was closed without notifying me on any outcome. Last week they opened my case again saying i should get refund in 3-5 working days, that has passed. I called again yesterday they said they escalated but still nothing.. It looks like the only way to get things done is to go through hellopetter.
I canceled my standard bank sim called last year October but i noticed now in February that they have been charging me regardless. On the 1st of February 2025 i called so they can cancel again so i can receive my money back but till today i have been getting the same excuses that it has been expedited. Even on Tuesday i called they said i will get it today but still same issues. It's been 20 days and i haven't received my money back and I'm expected to wait another week while the issue was on their side. This is totally unacceptable.
