Pathetic service they could not even make a booking correctly and then expected me to pay for stuff which i did not agree to Keep coear
Pathetic, they sent me an email stating someone is trying to access my account and that I should block it and now when trying to unblock it they give u the run around and even want you to share your bank statements and u need to prove where the money came from. All for just R500 worth of crypto. And i gets worse goodluck trying to withdraw cash from this company, that is when the real hastle begins. Altcointrader just another headache if u ask me! I have been trying to get wifi from them for 2 months. After a month of begging them to do their jobs they actually came and did the installation then after 2weeks of having wifi the problems started again. They stole my deposit by allocating it for the month that they took to come and do the installation and again requested that i pay for the 2 weeks usage and for the next month which i did. The day after making the ridiculous payment they cut my connection since then i have been calling non stop and after 2 weeks they said to fix the problem i will have to pay for a new order to activate the wifi which i again paid and guess what?? Still nothing these people are a complete ****. In total i have almost made R2000 in payments for 2 weeks of Wi fi. Keep clear of this business l
I have been contacting herotel potchefstroom since the beginning of March to come and install fibre.. First it was excuses that the system must upgrade before they can assist me (Quiton's words at herotel) he said he will schedule the installation on the 1st of April 2025. Never happened did even give me a reference or anything when I phoned him on the 7th of April he said he knows of me and then started babbling about another customers details I then told him it isn't me and he said he got confused but he know knows who he's talking to and that scheduling department wil call me never happened.. So I phoned the scheduling department a few days later and after a big hassle a lady gave me a date The date came and I had an emergency with a relative so I rescheduled with them for the next week Thursday My wife then took of form work and stood there for 5 hours they.. I then phoned them and after an hour on the phone they said they know of the appointment but al the technician are probably busy. They again rescheduled with me for today Saturday 3 May 2025 for 8 o clock. On the 2nd of May I called the herotel office to confirm the appointment because I know their service is bad and they said yes the appointment has been made and guess what it's know 11 am and no one has called or showed.. how pathetic Pathetic service or I wil be moving my other homes and business wifi away from this pathetic business
I was the seller and the buyer received the item and the order said completed a month later the company informed me the item was ****** and that they refunded the buyer leaving me out of pocket. With the company staying good luck in lodging a claim with the courier service which they provided for..
Vodacom are dishonnest and is steeling my money as they are not delivering the services promised They advertise high speed wi fi with uninterrupted connection and mention no strings when concluding the 3 year contract Upon receipt and installation of the device we noted that during the hours of 18h and 23h every night the wifi becomes so slow that it is unusable.. During these hours we are lucky to see more than 1 megabite per second speed. After liasing with vodacom it is revealed that they cannot guarantee any network speed and that it is a best effort service.. If you try to cancel the contract due to their misrepresentation, they want to make us pay thousands of rand in cancelation fees. We are now stuck with a wifi that is meant to be used at night when we are not at work but at home. However during this time the whole family looks at the tv screen that continously shows a buffering circle. The wi fi that is not usable as advertised wil cost me R15 000 over the 3 year contract. Vodacom missrepresented their services and failed to provide me with he product that they advertised and which i am paying for. Vodacom u have 10 days to remedy your situation by either canceling the contract without penalties or by providing my family with the product as originaly advertised, which is still misleadingly being advertised to the public as a high speed wi fi with uninterrupted connection My advice to everyone is to stay away from Vodacom.
