they don't follow up after they have requested my information. after i have emailed them AGAIN, another consultant will ask for for the same info and not get back to me. it's an annoying cycle. oh, almost forgot this one. i went to a predominantly 'white' vodacom repair branch to seek help with the same problem and guess what this black guy did. he literally classed me! the nerve! he didn't seem eager to help and kept saying i shouldn't have ordered the router and i should've been careful. he was so passive aggressive. im literally a vodacom customer, their network is great, so it makes sense to have a contract with them. i had to log another ticked and finally got another consultant and this white lady understood and helped me.
been with them for over a year. there's shady things i've noticed recently. firstly, i am being charged more than double of what i should pay and if i don't pay their amount, my account goes into arrears. im sick and tired of these tricks and shady tactics!
is this app for 'whites' only??? i don't seem to understand why i get cancelled all the time (maybe it's because im black) yeah, it seems to be a race thing, since they're hiring 'afrikaners' only. im a first time user and all i wanted was a ride. i tried to deviate from the competition (uber and bolt) and try wanatu and oh, and boy their true colors are showing. i think they class you before they accept your request, which is ****** ASF! oh, and my refunds? i have to fight for them through endless stupid emails. their refund system is not straight foward! worst experience i've had! do better!
