I had a motor car insurance with PSG since 2020 with my broker as Mr Johanness Seema, excellent service from him, until I was given Mr Justice Chuene who messed up my cover because of his non communication. I asked for a lower premium on my insurance and did not update on the system. The debit order didn't go though because of this and I alertr him of this and he said he would fix it. The second month same thing happened. Until I was told that they would be canceling my insurance as I had two debit orders bouncing. I wrote to his Supervisor alerting them of this issue, imagine my surprise when he was the responding to me telling me that even if I complain about him the complaint will go via him. Instead of reinstating my after he reassured me that since it is his fault he will rectify this mistake. He then said that he would have to reroute my policy to another insurance with the promise of reinstating my policy with PSG as I enjoyed my benefits there and this was his own doing, but never did. The work relationship went sour and trued reaching out to his supervisor but instead I received calls from him telling me that I will still have to deal with even if I complain about. The arrogance of Mr Justice Chuene really *****ed a beautiful client/broker relationship I had with PSG, I only received a response from his Supervisor saying that Mr Chuene is handling the complaint even after I tried telling them Mr Justice Chuene doesn't know what he is doing. He ruined a good thing and no one bothered to call and find out how this has affected. Justice Chuene doesn't know what he is doing and his arrogance to his bad service is shameful and clearly thinks he can get away with it. He is also pleased that he can mess up and handle his bad service complaints himself. I would like to commend Mr Johannes Seema for having given the best service when I started with PSG, clearly his shoes were too big for the shameless Justice Chuene.

I'm never using this dealer for my car. I have been taking my car since 2020, they take you to work but will not collect you after service. I have also tried to send communication to air out my frustrations about the matter but it went on deaf ears. I have tried explaning to them that why would i have to come by taxi i left ny car with the full of petrol and even suggested cant they atleast request for you. Getting there after is a hustle since they close at 17h00 and they tell you not a minute after, so you have rush there and the traffic in a taxi where everyone is a priority. I have also took my car on the 14 February 2025 for a clutch malfunction, it was due for service on the following Monday and cant work on it that Friday and the lady assisting me told me that I should get it on Monday since they will only receive the part on the Monday and get authorisation from M-sure, my car ended up being there for the while week. When I called to ask how far they are the lady said she is waiting the insurance to respond to her since she has sent them picture as they had request and with her 14 years experience at M-sure, they might not even approve my claim. She asked how much was I covered for, i told her that M- sure advised that they should be the ones to contact them. To my surprise when I followed up with M-sure they advised that they had not received my claim from the dealer. When I called a colleagues told me that as far as she knows the cars are only going to the workshop today. Whereas when I called her back on Thursday she told me that only when I called the email just got in with the authorisation from M-sure. I asked what are the chances of me getting the car back as I use the car to take my child and to get around and she said she can't promise because they don't on Saturday. I called on Monday to say this is unacceptable that two weekends have passed without my car, that's when they they will get it done by that afternoon. I went and fetched it, the wiperblades where not changed and the sound that had prompted me to take car to them was still there. I had to take it back for the new wiper blades and to take care of the sound. The service at Hyundai Pretoria Wonderboom is so wrong in So many ways. I won't buy another Hyudai car for the very reason, they don't care at all.
