Harrassment
My story is too long but I would like to report a case of harrassment. I have pictures and recordings. A lady representative has gone out if her way to call and verbally abuse me on Whatsapp after she claims I insulted her job. Truecaller says her name is Lilitha

Rude calls
The worst experience ever with these people!!! Multiple calls from different agents all day. To make it worse today I got called and asked for these calls to stop and the agent called be the b word. She even asses my number on her Whatsapp and video called me to curse me out even more. The has to b a way that our information is protected and this harraassment to stop

Account suspended
So after numerous calls and 6 weeks of waiting there is still no response as to why my account was suspended and I can't withdraw. All you get is this has been escalated everytime you call!!! Give me my money back.

FICA
The worst platform ever!!! My account was suddenly blocked for FICA with no notice and no one in the team can help. I was told it would be solved within 72 hours by their support team then I was told 15 days but no one seems to be able to help. Don’t use this platform. The history on hello Peter shows they don’t want people to withdraw. I have a 8000 balance and they have blocked my account with no explanation. Their team tell you different things and that you must just wait. I need my funds out of this **** of a platform
