Be very careful of 1Life they are ********s. They deducted a double payment from my account 5 months af cancelation. A policy anyway lapses after 90 days. Coré van Zyl did his "investigation" and told me to f-off they are not giving back my money. Be very very CAREFUL of 1Life they are ********S!!!!!!!

AVG does not stop debits!!!!!!!
Be Careful when subscribing to AVG, when you cancel they DON'T stop trying to take money from your bank account. They are the virus on your bank account.

Be aware of Cell C
Cell C is really trying to be the WORST company in Africa. On 23/12/22 (BEFORE I RECEIVED MY SALARY) they tried to put my debit order through which my CONTRACT state is the last day of the month! It failed and I received a sms stating to pay it manually (with banking detail). So when I received my salary (30/12/22) I paid it manually and they put the debit order also through aswell AGAIN. I received my January bill and this criminals have the audacity to charge me R70 for the debit that failed on the 23rd!!!!!!! ns. They also decide that even though you pay your bill you will not be allowed to call 087 / 086 numbers. Be aware of Cell C !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cell C - The worst phone company in RSA
I am a customer for 20 years at cell c and launched a query on Wednesday 16 November 2022 (I asked for a paid up letter for a previous handset). I got a reply that a agent will call me back in 24 to 48 hours. It is Wednesday 23 November 2022 (a week later) NO REPLY after numerous calls and emails nobody can/will assist on this issue. The consultants are incompetent, team leaders does not call back and customer service does not reply on emails. The worst phone company in RSA

Cell C MiASSIST - NO ASSISTANCE
The Cell C MiAssist is a FALSE helpline. When I needed their assistance they didn't answer the phone. When I called the next day to cancel it -STILL NO ANSWER- so I send a email to support@cellcmiassist.co.za which returned as "address does not exist" I called Cell C which just replied "We can't help you"
