This is in relation to the airline global call centre and their finance department has been giving me the run around since my travel on 17 February 2026. A refund of my 50Dollars that I paid due to the incompetence of the airline agents.
This is one of the banks that is so frustrating and actually most irritating bank ever. One cannot lose their money with your totally useless systems and then you say there is nothing you can do while we always pay exorbitant fees to keep our money safe with you.
So it is true what everyone is writing about AF, I left my employer in December 2024, my claim documents were sent on 06 February 2025. Today its 04 April 2025 and I have never received any update from AF. Worse I have the AF Connect which is as useless. I was told that my claim was only registered on 05 March 2025, while everything was sent on 06 February. So it actually took 30 days to register my claim and now no one knows where exactly my claim is or give an indication of what is happening to my funds. I am very disappointed reading all these people's reviews. It actually means that AF doesn't care how it's clients get affected by such appalling customer service. Remind me the next time to discourage anyone from putting their money through this organisation.
@FNBSA I am really so disappointed that after more than 10 years with FNB Life. I was told that my life cover lapsed just after 2 missed payments. Anyway I guess I was not the best person for this mighty bank. So we move🤟🤟🤟🤟
