Annoyed and furious
TFG money card is a **** and wouldn’t recommend those who are still considering applying for the card to consider it. I’ve spoken to customer service from Foschini store over the phone to cancel the additional charges that keep on being added to my total balance but no, they keep on adding them month to month and as someone who is on a 6 month interest free plan this is so annoying. I need this to stop and as soon as I’m done paying up the total balance, I’m closing this account. This is ridiculous and uncalled for. I’ve seen people complaining about having this card on social me and little did I know that it was a warning for me as well.

*****ulent case that hasn’t been solved after 3 years of reporting it.
Good morning It has been brought to my attention that our company’s FNB bank account has been handed over to the debt collectors due to *****ulent transactions that have been made at the toll gate. It is believed that one of the Directors had lost their bank card and few days later this started happening. This was reported year 2022 and some of the remaining amount in the business accounts ended being used up by the person who was in the position of the card. I’m writing this to ask that you remove the amount reflecting under the business accounts as all this has been a *****ulent act by someone we don’t know. Case number: 2022- 2013 879

Bad and unsatisfying service from Vodacom
Year 2024 during mid September I went to their store for an unlimited WiFi. The consultant by the name of Mpho was the one assisting me, the lady misunderstood what I initially wanted and offered me capped data instead of the uncapped one. I immediately asked that they cancel it and this happened after everything has been signed and approved. I was told that everything has been cancelled but to my surprise, 3 months later I received a draft summons email from Vodacom stating that I’ve been handed over to the debt collectors. I’m now in a situation which was caused by one of their employees and to make the situation worse, the manager at the store whom I was referred to by the name of Nthabiseng for assistance her attitude towards me was not nice at all. She made me feel I don’t what I’m talking about as I was explaining my situation to her. I just hate that I’m now in a situation were I’m supposed to pay for something that doesn’t make sense to me. For someone who doesn’t have any credit under their name, this is a huge inconvenience for real. The only person whose showing an interest in trying to fix this whole mess is the lady by the name Lolo.
