I have been using Tretinoin for the past 4 months, and unfortunately, it severely compromised my skin barrier. During this time, my hyper***mentation and acne worsened significantly, and my skin became extremely dehydrated. Less than a week ago, I began using the complete range of products formulated for hyper***mentation, and I am genuinely impressed with the results. The severe redness and inflammation have already subsided considerably, and I am noticing visible improvement in the ***mentation itself. To see this level of progress in under a week is remarkable. These products have managed to repair months of damage caused by prescription medication in a fraction of the time, and I am optimistic about the continued improvement with ongoing use.
In 2019 (BEFORE COVID) I received a call from one of the sales consultants from Isabella Garcia offering a beauty box with a monthly payment. I felt sorry for the girl because she was very sweet and I gave in, big mistake! Upon receiving the beauty box I decided that I didn't like the products and asked for them to be returned. I am still to this day for Isabella Garcia to respond to that request. Fast forward more than 6 years later I am getting phone calls weekly about the outstanding payment for the products that I wanted to return. Note; the phone calls only started this year, again, 6 years later. The call center lady from Alliance laughed at me now over the phone when I told her that debt prescribes after 3 years. Her answer to that was that this specific debt hasn't prescribed. When I asked her why this was the case she laughed again and couldn't give me an answer. Harassing people weekly over something that was meant to be returned and resolved 6 years ago is not a joke. I will get legal advice on this matter.
Not only has our Wi-Fi connection at home been absolutely shocking to say the least for the last 2 months, I am STILL waiting to get some sort of response from a ticket that was logged 2 MONTHS AGO. NOT ONLY THAT, when you try and go on the app to cancel their services the app glitches and does not give you the option to cancel. I need this service cancelled ASAP, because I am tired of paying for a service every month that doesn't work!!!!!!
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I logged a ticket for our internet not working whole 2 weeks and to this day nothing has come of it. Not a phone call, not an email, NOTHING!!! Not just that but Rain is more than happy to debit your account TWICE in one month to pay for non-existent services. Their customer service is equally useless, I have been on the phone for close to 10 minutes now trying to get hold of someone who can assist me in returning the money back into my account and guess what??? A whole lot of NOTHING again. I am absolutely fuming right now, this issue better be resolved soon or else I am taking this further, being double charged a month for a service that doesn't work? I await they're response.
