Do Not Buy From This So-called store or Buy at your Risk
I now wish I had read these reviews before I sent these ****mers any money. I placed an order 2 weeks ago, 4 oct, the funds came out of my account the same day. I have not received my order. I checked the tracking but says payment still pending! What kind of garbage are these people running. I tried to call, the phone rings but no one answers so I called back & now it doesn't ring, just drops the call. I have written 2 emails, 1 Whatsapp message

Do not buy from Temu! *********** Support
I made my first order in Feb 2025 using a credit card & received the order without an issue. I made a 2nd order in March. This time temu started sending emails to verify that I owned the card, I verified by sending jpg images of the card multiple times & each time they rep**** the images were blurry, illegible, etc. I contacted them via chat & resubmitted pics of my card & statement, they again rep**** they couldn't see the images!! Yet I could open the images on the chat screen& they were clear. When I asked them why this time there is an issue with the same card that was used earlier I received no response. They simply cancelled my order with reason that card could not be verified. I will NEVER shop with this *********** Co again.
