Finally, after 8 months of fighting, Vodacom has decided to admit that I was sold a faulty phone and they gave me a new one yesterday and I was promised compensation for having to deal with this out-of-box-fault. I want to send a special thank you to Bontle from Vodacom Social Media and Danika from Vodacom Pavillion, these ladies heard me and assisted to the best of their ability. Vodacom, not sure I'd recommend you to anyone but sadly I'm stuck with you (better the devil you know)
Do not take a contract with Vodacom, they will sell you a faulty phone and expect you to be okay with it. These are ******* people who treat their paying customers like they are nothing. I'm paying for a phone that is in their care and they are refusing to tell me what is wrong with the phone because they won't admit that they sold me a faulty phone. I HATE Vodacom. I will see you in civil court. I'm sick of being so understanding.
It's been 3 weeks my phone is at the repairs shop and no one knows whats going on but I'm paying for this device every month. What must happen? I have emailed ICASA and they have come back to say that it's out of their jurisdiction and I must contact the national consumer so what must happen?
Again, Vodacom has locked my phone with no reason, i will be contacting ICASA because im tired and want out of this contract. I left the phone at the vodacom in Pavillion,
So unfortunate that steers in Pavillion mall only has one lady manning the till and handing out orders. This is making the food come out late and long waiting times. Get more staff!!!
I have a Vodacom contract and my phone keeps getting locked for no reason and Likeminds is responsible for that. Why is this happening? i hate you
Its the second month in a row vodacom has locked my phone without reason. I went to the vodacom repairs shop and they couldnt help me. I called customer care with the repairs guy and still no assistance. I left the phone and the contract sim at the vodacom repairs shop. Its such a **** product!!!!! I was transferred to samsung, they couldnt help. Im cutting my losing you can keep your *******. I hate what you do to me. Im at a risk of losing my job because of your fault and incompetence. We will meet in court if you think you can continue to bind to a contract that you have breached on two occassions.
They locked my contract phone and they dont even know why. no one can help me. need a lawyer to help me deal with them
We agreed on one amount for the home internet and they deduct a higher amount on my account. Bunch of ****mers. Disgusting how they take advantage. When I query, they say that prices were increased and they told me 3 different percentage increase. When I reach out on Twitter they say communication was sent but I have nothing of that.
