Hi my name is Nthabeleng Lijane today I decided to pay Africa mobile a visit in Sandton. I went there to collect my full refund on Friday they refunded me R132 instead of R1600 today my aim was plain and simple to collect my money I met a lady by the name of Elrike she helped me even thou she was impatient. I asked her to send me a proof of payment I told her I want to check it it might probably be **** after the bad and terrible services they rendered to me . What's irritating me more is the attitude that lady has and I didn't disappoint I went after to set her straight Even if it's R1 that's my money the company wronged me and the employees still have attitude then came her male colleague he said my money has been refunded and I should leave mind you it hasn't reflected on my banking app iyooooooo what a poor service provider and poor service you should take your employees to work shops.Then came this other lady trying to salvage whats left of the poor service I had Elrike was wearing a crop top and mini skirt and she was tapping her leg just imagine such an unprofessional behavior
Guys please help these people are still deducting money from my bank account I want to know what am I paying for ? They are busy deducting and I don't have any product that belongs to them . I have called them to tell them to stop deducting and give me my money back the consultant agreed so why are they still deducting or should I invite a lawyer to end this matter ?

Hey guys last year I contacted Afri mobile online to apply for a cellphone contract, they told me to accept a debit check and I did they next thing I'm paying for a phone I don't have , when I try to reverse my money at the bank it says I'm being blocked from reversing or cancelling this debit please help because I can't keep being ****med...😭😭😭
Hey my name is Nthabeleng Lijane I'm an employee at ShopRite Checkers I recently lost my son who is a still born. I joined retail funeral policy under 1life in 23/07/2024 I lost my son in 03/02/2025 I made a claim since I know I have a policy with them and i was informed by the agent who joined me since I have been calling and pestering her with calls and Whatsapp to check what's the delay about. She eventually told me that my claim is being declined because they only started deducting in September, I claimed in February so that I can bury my son but I was told that I should be claiming in the 7th month but in the contract they said the waiting period is 6months. Now I want to know what am I being paying for every week when they deduct because they have already deducted so I want them to practice what they are selling not to promise lies . If someone can see this please help me because I really need that money I don't understand the excuses that I'm getting. Thank you very much
