Been on intermission mode for the past three days which os unnaceptable
Fibre router was brought to house on 25 July 2025. Issue with main box was detected outside the gate. To date I have put in 5 requests for a Vodacom technician to come and address the issue. Now at 16:05 on 26 Auguat I am still waiting for the supposed technician that would have arrived at 15:00 to rectify the matter. So much for the so-called appointment made on Sunday by the consultant that called me.
Malcolm came to buy our Aprilia RSV 4 in August 2024 in Richards Bay. The keys and the motorcycle's papers were given to him with a valid disc up to 31 October 2024. He said he will sort out the change of ownership. Forward to 19 March 2025 and we want to put another motorcycle on our name that we recently purchased only to find out the change of ownership was never done. Due to this negligence the Aprilia is still on our name and we had to pay R968 which includes the arrears and penalties beforw we could do our new registration. They are liable to return these funds to us because had they done what they were supposed to do by law within 21 days this would not have happened. This does not say much about their so-called customer service and to make such a crucial mistake being a buyer and seller does not say much about them at all. Whoever the lady was that answered the phone when I called on 19 March to address the issue needs to learn how to speak to people. She immediately became defensive and refused to give me a chance to explain our situation, instead she blatantly said there is now way it can come to close to R1000. Well I have the physical proof to show that it did. I want my money returned that I had to pay due to poor workmanship from Montclair Motorcycles.
