TOTAL FAILURE BY COMPUTERSHARE
Good day, @ Complaint please lodge yet another third official complaint against Computershare on my behalf in terms of FAIS reporting. Your response below on 7 Oct 25 “we have escalated to the relevant department” has absolutely no effect since as at today 23 October, (16 days later) no action/response has yet again been taken in true form to Computershare repeated dismal performance. These continual time wasting efforts on my part need to come to an end with such a useless uncaring institution failed institution and I intend taking the matter up with the FAIS as despite previously bringing the matter to the attention of senior executive , not a single bit of action or addressing of the complaint appears to be of concern to executive as well. USUAL PATHETIC SERVICE FROM COMPUTERSHARE
Never have I experienced such sheer incompetence by any company particularly as a registered CSDP for de-materialized shares in South Africa. After several previous lack of responses from them on other matters, via email I contact Corporate actions sections on 10 Sep 25 regarding Belgian Taxes being overcharged on Anheuser Busch InBev shares and almost a month later still no response from them just like the rest of the staff at Computershare. Based on my experience with this company, if possible I would suggest avoid having anything to do with Computershare and rather chose another Centralised Depository to handle your share transactions.

Computershare should be not be allowed to operate in South Africa
I know security and share custodian and financial services. I want to suggest the Computershare service in South Africa should be eradicated removed and not allowed to operate in South Africa. You struggle with everything you want to do with your custodianship and their pathetic systems which have not been user tested and far too complicated for customers to use. The company is sadly in need of business re-engineering and proper User testing

Give credit where due
12 Nov 24 via a municipal account discovered that there was a leak somewhere which showed no visible sign. Contacted insurance company who arranged with them to call me. Next day the leak detection guy Moses soon discovered where the leak was underground in the garden and later in the day repaired a pinhole leak in the poly carbon pipe. Well done.
