Arrogant and ineffective. It seems that they think the customers are there to serve them. Even after jumping through their hoops and submitting requested documents, they still refuse to assist. This is not the kind of arrogance one wants to be dealing with - I am staying away from them, there are better options out there...
This is the best service I have ever received in this industry by far, and I have rented many spitbraais over the years from various companies. From the beginning to end of the whole process, Nyama Catering stands head and shoulders above the rest.
I've been trying to get in touch with this company in order to cancel a policy. Because they make changes to my policy, including my excess payment without consulting me - I just receive a 'Royal Decree' (sic) It seems to impossible to actually talk to them, I just get redirected to the 'Call Back' feature - and then nothing. I have been trying for c;lose to a week now...
I cancelled my subscription with this company end of Feb, giving a months notice as required. Today, 1 May, they again tried to deduct funds from my bank account. They refuse to cease & desist.
They refuse to sell bricks to me because they think that I supported a competing business in the past. Unbelievable!
I ordered 2 x VSD's from this company, after being advised by them that my application is correct and the VSD's will work. I received the two VSD's... Both had the same model number, but they did not have the same technical specifications. Despite the physical proof presented (images are available), they are still claiming that the two VSD's are exactly the same, and refuse to refund me. Stay away from this arrogant company - they are fast to take payment, and slow to deliver service. They cannot be trusted. (Images and communications are available on request)
Drove 261km to collect a battery that was fixed for me. (After having to struggle for close to 6 weeks just for them to accept the Sunsynk battery that had an issue.) Upon arrival I was refused entry to the Randburg premises for 'not having made an appointment' This, despite the fact that I did in fact make an appointment 2 days in advance, and my invoice for repairs was paid well in advance of them actually doing the repair. So I had to drive back, another 261km, empty handed. Still waiting for an apology...
