I went to Sun Coast Casino for the 1st time on Friday the 13th in the afternoon so it was not busy! I needed some water, so I pressed the button for waitron on my machine I waited and waited nothing happened my husband inquired from a staff member where he could order water he was told press the waitron button, well to cut a long story short we stayed 3 hours no service the staff was dismissive ,uninterested apart from one manager after 3 hours who directed me to the bar. I don't think I would want to pay another visit to this place VERY VERY disappointed.

The best move you will ever make
I do not have enough words of praise for our move with Biddulphs from Johannesburg to Durban 19th-21st January 2026 from the representative to the delivery team through all the stages absolutely faultless! Jim's team for the packing they worked relentlessly quietly effectively not one item was damaged in anyway, they used brand new cartons and wrapping materials from very large mirrors to fragile long stem glasses!!! We were kept informed throughout the process and what could have been traumatic turned out to be indeed "The best move you'll ever make" Thank you Anne

Stay away! unprofessional they baffle you with BS charge me R1800 for nothing as they didn't test the power supply which was the problem (R500!) Please stay away from this ***** company.

Thank you to Rodney and his team what a brilliant move they went above and beyond in their services absolutely unbelievable in this day and age!!! I would not hesitate to recommend Pickford and this team Thank you again for your help in this traumatic time for me you were so caring
