I bought a fridge feom the kn the 14th of February 2026, now the fridge light is not working and the top freezer is not too strong, like i mean i went to the store to report but i was treated so badly and when i ask for head office contacts they said I should google them. Its my money we talking about here, now I received an sms that the will be people who will come to fix the fridge tomorrow, how so you fix a new fridge? I al not taking that, i need a new fridge or my money back, next week when am free i will be taking them to court
I logged a test call for locksmith and miway called me back within a minute, patric made sure he checks up through out. I am super happy with their service
Miway miway miway, yooooooo i am out of words, when joining this insurance i saw so many bad reviews but still i choose it. I had this faith on it. Bought my Kia Rio on the 19th March 2025, got an accident on the 26 April. My car was bought cash, i had nothing left on my account. I still kept my high hopes on this insurer, i set my claims on the 27th April.(sunday, Monday was holiday, but they kept on reaching out to me😭 thursday 1st of May was holiday also. Okay wednesday they called and say they writting off my car, it hurt but they offered me enough money to buy a another one, dropped my ownership papers to them on thursday, friday they called me and said they authorised my claim n immediately sent me my cash🥹meaning it took them just 3 days excluding holidays to pay me. I am honestly out of words. Note that i only paid them end of March n end of April. Just 2 payments and they honored our contract. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO this people who kept my claim so smooth Cheers to you Nombuso (my claim advisor) she was very very gently and ever laughing with me, i didnt even feel ot when she mentioned that my car is been written off😂🥳, cheers to you Katlego Sibanyoni (they guy who received my papers) he was very very active and gentle. And a big thank you to every consultant who picked my call, you all were so well mannered and welcoming. Dear Miway, may you all stay blessed and keep the positive vibe moving🥳🥳🥳🥳m very happy, can Nombuso and katlego be spotted by the top management please, they deserve a different name tag🔥🔥🔥🙏🏾
