I always buy goldi chicken soup mix. I ordered one through Mr d. I'm not happy with the contents,it's just chicken skin and chicken butts. It's not the first,months back ordered with Mr d and was not happy got the same contents but it had some meat. I can't eat the pack as I'm disgusted.
This delivery company is a nightmare. I don't even think it exists at this rate. I ordered at mtn,got a WhatsApp text that the parcel is out for delivery. No delivery happened. Waited the next day still nothing,no communication from them expect that the couldn't deliver because they failed to Identify but they didn't even pitch. I sent an email still no response after 3 days. I'm thinking of canceling the contract. I hope I won't be debited for this mess. My question is why does MTN use a useless company like this. I'm so disappointed. I can even see that they don't respond to reviews. Sies
I took out a contract on the 21st of March. I was to pay R198 per month for 24 months. I took out a phone insurance for R42.I paid the money for June before the date of the debit order. Last month in June my debit order of R240 didn't go through because I didn't have funds in my account and I had paid them through vodapay prior the debit order date. So a charge of R100.88 penalty fee was added. I was owing R341 which was to be paid in July. Yesterday when I checked how much I owe I was shocked. I owe R593. I called an agent to ask about the bill and she said they added an invoice of R252. I asked her so now I'm paying two bills or invoices in one month and she couldn't answer me. I feel like I'm being ****med by vodacom. I can't pay two bills in one month. That's not what the contract said. Someone from vodacom should investigate this cause I'm not gonna pay this R594.41 they say I'm owing. I'm willing to pay the R341 I'm owing them not the added R252. No I wont
I'm Gugu. I'm complaining about the poor service at pnp Asap delivery app. They deducted my money twice without sending otp from bank. Usually I get otp from bank before payment is authorized. Two transactions but the is no order history,acceptance and confirmation. When they deliver I don't get all my items. They tell me items are sold out. They should be able to show on the app if something is available or not. The refund money is put in the app wallet. When requesting for the refund to be sent back to the card it never happens. I'm done with this app. I want them to refund me my money and I delete the app for good
