I recently visited the Huawei Menlyn store for the first time, and I must say, the service I received was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by a lovely lady named Mpho (I hope I got her name right). She assisted me to the best of her ability and truly made an effort to understand my needs. I really appreciated her dedication, willingness to help, and positive attitude. Big up to her for such excellent customer service! She then referred me to Ausi Tsholofelo, who was incredibly patient, professional, and quick to understand exactly what my query was about. She handled everything efficiently and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Honestly, she deserves a raise for the exceptional service she provides! Overall, my experience at the Huawei Menlyn store was exceptional, especially considering it was my first time visiting. The team’s professionalism and customer care truly stood out. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this store to others. Thank you for the amazing service!
I am appalled by the serive I have received from Vox. And I will never recommend anyone to use their services. The horror started when I inquired then requested for their services. I then canceled my cunrrent internet service provider, the routor took a month to be delivered. Once it was, it took them 2 weeks to intall in. After being installed, there was no interenet. I called a number of times trying to self instal but there was no interenet. Then an agent requested a technician to be called. They did just that. Only on the 27TH of march the router started working. I was then billed for 2 months for services I did not received. I requested for the billing to be recalculated a minth ago. NO FEEDBACK has beeen provided till DATE. Vox agents are horrible people who needs to be trained about customer service, I spoke to lyle Who was terribe and could not assist me, he does not know his product nor has manners, Robin promised me feedback a month ago. nothing has beeen provided, Bongiwe, oh shame please take her back to training the pooor girl knows NOTHING about her product. I have been requesting to a manager or a supervisor about this issue but I am being sent from piller to post. Whats so difficault about that????? I spent more time being put on hold than talking to an agent. Clear something is fishy with these people. No one wants to take accountability, nor to give answers. I am horrified by the experience/service I have received from Vox. I regret joining this company.
I am appauld by the service I have received from this company. I have been without water since yesterday 7am. I bought a token 3x and I have not received my tokens 29hrs later, how fair is that. I have called multiple times and used your whatsapp service multiple times. Nothing has been done. Your service is ridiculous. Improvements need to be done. To Owners. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
