WonderNet, no internet since Friday, WhatsApp support, technician just disappears, email support non-existent, calling in just leaves you on hold whether one selects "support", "sales" or "accounts". Is there anyone actually working? Time to find another network provider - one who cares about client service. They are undeserving of business.
Appalling - a NO SHOW. Made an appointment with Joel on a Monday at 10am. No show, no contact. I sent a message to follow up on their whereabouts and called and left a voicemail, no response whatsoever. Who would want to support such a business?
Appalling - a NO SHOW. Fortunately this just shows that had we got a quote and approved, follow up service if required would not have featured. Had an appointment on a Thursday at 11am. No show, no contact. Called at to follow up and received a WhatsApp message saying representative had vehicle issues. Was agreed to come next day Friday at 11am, again a NO SHOW. At 12:15 I sent a message querying where they were, no answer. I called, no answer. I messaged an hour later advising how out of order this was, no answer.
