On the 15th of April Nedbank charged me for a R1000.00 I did not make. On the 16th of April they did it again. Their consultants were unable to understand. They advised me to raise a dispute. I did this but see I am now liable for a dispute fee. Also, it will take 45 days to resolve. I have now cancelled the dispute. I have been banking with Nedbank since 1984. Will now be looking for another bank. One who train their consultants to resolve problems and not read from a list of questions. To say I am disappointed is putting it mildly!
I recently interacted with Anca in Port Elizabeth. The manager was a joy to deal with. I booked a roast chicken on Thursday for collection on Friday. She phoned me on Friday morning to tall me there was a delay. She was so great.
