If 0 star was a rating ridiculous service at their best
I ordered some items online and the delivery was fast that's the only good thing about econo foods I experienced. The delivery arrived with some items missing and I was only emailed that the items are out of stock and the refund has been processed and my money will reflect on my account within 48 to 72 hours. After 4 days I emailed and called because I didn't receive my money. The customer service it's poor the email was never rep**** and on the call they took my order number and never called back it's the fifth day without my refund and going because it's clear I'll have to push econo to pay me my money...
I bought some items online at Makro its been 4 days they haven't processed my payment or even received an invoice , it doesn't even show on my orders, but yet the amount is deducted from my bank account. Worse part is contacting their help center the email and call center combined are useless. I have been patient with Makro's ridiculous delivery service for almost 2 years now, but today they've ended it I don't want to buy anything from Makro or even recommend it to anyone anymore.
