I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Vaping Lounge at Silver Oaks Shopping Centre. When I entered the store, the only staff member present was on his phone. Instead of ending the call to assist me, he asked me to wait while continuing his conversation. Even while I was being helped, he remained on his phone the entire time, giving me minimal attention. I asked about the Elf Bars displayed on the counter. While still on the phone, he simply pointed toward a display at the front of the store. I selected one, only to discover after opening it that a separate charger needed to be purchased — something that was never communicated to me. When I returned to inform him that I had not been told about the charger, he was still on his phone and placed four different products on the counter without any explanation of what they were because he was on the phone. There was absolutely no interaction, no guidance, and no attempt to assist me properly and I still had to pay for it! I became frustrated and asked for a different product instead. After opening the new vape, it immediately tasted burnt. I returned again, and once more — still on his phone — he simply reached behind him and placed more products on the counter for me to choose from, without saying a word. I have never experienced such unprofessional and inattentive service. The customer clearly came second to a phone call, and I was sold faulty or poor-quality products with zero explanation or support. He shoved a vape in my hand that wasn't even the same value as the DUD VAPE I received after having to pay for the one with a charger you need to purchase extra. I will not be returning, and I certainly would not recommend this vape shop to anyone. Very disappointing experience. This is not the 1st time leaving a review about how poorly this place operates.
I recently had an operation at Mediclinic Kloof. It saddens me to see how it's deteriorating because of *********** "nurses". I am a type 1 diabetic. When I was admitted to the surgical ward I immediately told the nurses my bloodsugar is dropping and I need a glucose drip. I waited and waited and no one bothered. I walked out to the nurses station and asked AGAIN, my bloodsugar was now dropping rapidly, no compassonn, no friendliness, no care at ALL. The "supervising" person or nurse was so rude to me, she was on the recepti9n phone on loud speaker and as I walked towards her at the front desk she looked at me as if im a peasant. She looked me in the eyes and said with a rude tone "I'm listening" (to whoever was on the other side of the phone. You're a disgrace. I had to eat a few sweets seeing that I did not have my drip and my bloodsugar was dangerously low, which caused that my surgery got postponed with hours. After surgery, the amazing nurses and doctors from the OR phone the front desk of the ward I was in and said they can come fetch me. 40mins later no one came and she phoned the useless ward's nurses and was super annoyed with them, the amazing nurse took me back herself. Once back, do you think anyone bothered to come me and checked on me or explained what's the next steps? I had to walk out again and ask can someone just tell me what's going on. The nurses are *********** and should finish their nursing qualifications with a pass rate of 90%, not 40%. The nurse didn't even know what carpal tunnel release was and I had to educate her. This hospital has become a disgrace. Some of the nurses in surgical ward should be re-evaluated, seriously, they are putting patients in danger and don't have a care in the world.

I had a terrible experience with so-called "technicians" going by the names Gary and Blessing from a company called Easyvision Installations. They advertise DSTV services, but what they’re really doing is running a ****. All I needed was one damaged cable replaced — a straightforward job. Instead, after an entire day of vague explanations and no real progress, they demanded R6000 before even completing the work. The TV wasn’t fixed, but they insisted on payment to "continue." They returned the next day, dragged the process out further, and ended up charging a ridiculous R14 000. Even worse, we caught them trying to ***** a charger and a power adapter, which they had hidden under the spare wheel in their vehicle. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. To top it off, they tried to re-enter the estate late at night using an expired access code, and **** to security by claiming they were visiting someone else. They operate using a **** website under the name Easyvision Installations and seem to specifically be targeting DSTV customers. Please stay away from this company and warn your neighbors - these individuals are not legitimate service providers
Absolutely Terrible Service and Zero Accountability I am beyond disappointed with the appalling service and lack of communication from both Planet Fitness Head Office and the Olympus Branch. Since March, unauthorized debit orders have been going off my bank account. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this — contacting Planet Fitness Head Office directly and repeatedly reaching out to the sales team at the Olympus branch. Despite my persistence and efforts, I have received zero assistance to date. It’s become clear that no one is taking responsibility, and worse, everyone seems to be covering for each other instead of doing their jobs. The lack of urgency, accountability, and professionalism from this so-called "professional" company is staggering. The service has been not just bad — it’s been non-existent. This experience has left me feeling completely ignored and disrespected. After trying every reasonable avenue, I now have no choice but to seek legal remedies to stop these unauthorized transactions and hold someone accountable. This has genuinely been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with any company. If you're considering joining Planet Fitness, I highly recommend you think twice. If this is how they treat paying customers, imagine how they’ll handle any real issue. Shame on Planet Fitness for this kind of blatant negligence.
