I have a Pothole cover with this company. Tjo when it comes to claims, i got the shock of my life. Dat guy gave bad attitude and tolde its not their problem.
I bought an item from Steve Madden online and got it on 26 May. On 27 May i returned the item but since today 11 June i haven't got any feedback about my return. Im sending emails but i look like a fool there because there is no feedback. I need my refund please

I am so unimpressed with the service I got from auto n general with regards to service plan claim. I called weeks before my service to ask which steps to follow when booking a service. Today I am at the dealership and im being made a joke. I had to use my money to pay for the service. If i knew, i would have just saved from own pocket and never take the cover
