I am so angry. I went onto Jobleads thinking I’d get the assistance I need to elevate my career. Subscribed to your services for an amount of R49 per month, but you guys debited x15 that amount at one go. Now I’m here stranded.
I've had the worst experience trying to pay my account. 40mins on a call and no conclusive assistance or resolution. The app doesn't work as well. The online portal is almost impossible to break through.
My experience with iWYZE was great. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my policy due to financial constraints that I'm working on. Siba from the Cancelations Department made life so easy for me and reassured me that I'm not the only one in my situation. I'll definitely be back when I've sorted out my finances. Thanks, Siba....
