I have cancelled my prepaid contract with Telkom in Cresta store on the 2nd of December 2017, because I was leaving the country later that month. In January they still deducted from my account. I reversed the payment, and sent them an email, as I am overseas. I got no response and in February, they double deducted my account. I sent another email, to which I got no response. I then asked my dad to visit the store to find out why they are still deducting. The response was that they had neglected to load the cancellation in December, but they will sort it out in March. Well it is now March and this morning I got YET ANOTHER INVOICE from them with absurd charges!! I am sick and tired of this poor service delivery and plain incompetence! Catch a wake up and sort out my account immediately!!
For more than a YEAR now, I get emails from Judas Matlakale requesting that I send him month end statements / recons but I have NEVER even been a customer or made use of the FPB! And EVERY SINGLE MONTH I reply to this email requesting to remove my email address from his bulk emails because he has got the wrong person, but every month I still get the same damn email! I have called him as well and asked to stop sending me these emails and he said he would remove it, but guess what, he next month the same story over and over again. I have also threatened to take this to his superiors with no results. I ask you, HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO REMOVE AND EMAIL ADDRESS!!!!??? This is beyond pathetic and I'm very surprised that this person still has a job when he can't even perform the simplest of task. Maybe this complaint will get somebody's attention and I will stop getting spam from your company!
In September 2015 I upgraded my contract with Cell C. I had endless problems with the upgrade and being given the wrong information, (See my previous complaint) One of the things I was told was that I will only start paying for the new package of R189 in Feb 2016. Then they said that was a mistake and I will pay R189 from January 2016. Imagine my surprise when R244 is deducted from my account in January 2016. I cannot believe how Cell C just keep stealing money from their customers and lie to them. Please rectify this error as soon as possible. Yes I'm putting my complaint on Hello Peter because the last time I tried to contact you directly, it took you TWO WEEKS to respond. Really getting fed up with your bad service.
On the 15th of September I logged a complaint (509 150 2458)about my upgrade and being blatantly LIED to about it. By Friday 18th of September, I had NO RESPONSE, so I called in. After waiting 45 minutes of being sent from one department to the other and waiting for someone to answer the phone, I spoke to Mogadiswa and she gave me a new reference number 509 180 2113. She said she will request for the call recording to be pulled. By Wednesday 23rd of September STILL no feedback. I called in again, waiting another 20 minutes before my call got answered. I spoke to Joyce and she said she will ask the supervisor to pull the recording. (This still had not been done!) Today the 25th, guess what STILL NO FEEDBACK! I called in again, (waiting another 15 minutes for my call to answered) and the lady told me the SAME THING - Nobody has pulled the recordings! This is absolutely the WORST SERVICE I have ever received and I am VERY upset that NOBODY takes this seriously! When I asked to speak a supervisor or manager, I was told \the supervisor does not take calls". Really? It's because you leave complaints to juniors in the call centre that NOTHING GETS RESOLVED!<br> VERY ANGRY AND ANNOYED"""
I signed up with Cell c in Dec 2013 with the agreed amount of R169 per month. In February 2015, they deducted R179 from my account. I sent in my query about this and they said they sent me a notice about it and \We are entitled on written notice to you (done on 06/02/15) to change the terms and conditions of this agreement if necessary"<br> 1) I NEVER received such a notification<br> 2) Any legal and binding contract may only be changed if BOTH parties agree to the change<br> 3) I never agreed to any change since I was never informed about it<br> 4) The have not even told me what benefits I will be receiving from paying a higher tariff. I refuse to pay a higher tariff if I'm not getting any benefits from it<br> 5) I've sent in my query on the 2nd of March"
