I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service and "rotten" attitude encountered at this branch. After a simple request to have my original script returned, the staff failed to do so. This necessitated an unnecessary second trip back to the pharmacy. Instead of an apology for the oversight, I was met with an entitled and condescending attitude from both the staff and the pharmacist on duty. The communication style was patronizing, making us feel as though we were being spoken to like primary school children rather than adult customers. This lack of basic professional courtesy and efficiency is unacceptable in a healthcare environment. I would advise management to look into the interpersonal skills of their team, as the current atmosphere is dismissive and disrespectful to the local community. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Bron Pharmacy always treated me with respect.

I previously reviewed Vumatel on waiting since the 4th of April for fibre installation. Fibre was installed this morning, however its still not working, the fibre box on my neighbours property is dead, Installer said someone from Polokwane will come fix it. Not so, so this disaster just continues. So will my bad reviews. Do you care at all?
Since 4 April, I’ve been trying to get fibre installed at my premises—and it’s now the end of April. What should’ve been a simple process has turned into a bureaucratic mess with no accountability, no urgency, and no results. Vumatel and Axxess bounce me between each other like a tennis ball while the “72-hour” and “24-hour” wait periods drag into weeks. Every call ends with a vague promise, every deadline gets reset, and the technician who is supposedly “scheduled” remains a ghost. This isn’t a delay—it’s a complete systems failure. Customers shouldn’t have to beg for basic service. I’ve wasted time, money, and energy chasing something that should’ve been done within a few working days. There is zero communication, no ownership, and no coordination between Vumatel, Axxess, and the technicians. Frankly, this is the kind of chaos that pushes people toward alternatives like Starlink—and I wish that were an option. At least they deliver. Sort yourselves out.
Been waiting for 3 weeks for fibre installation. Patiently accepted every answer from Axxess. Today your Support Agent At Fibre Axxess was absolutely Rude and Useless. For years i used Axxess. Stuff you, your support agent is rated 0 out of 10!!!
