I visited The Marco Polo at around 11 AM on 04/02/2022. This was my first time visting and I couldn't believe how rude and unprofessional the lady at the security counter was. All I did was shield her view with my hand on the screen while typing in my ID number and she laughed loudly in a mocking tone in my face. I will never be back, I've never been treated with such indignity and disrespect by anyone like that before.
I bought a Doogee S58 pro from Cash Crusader's "The Glen" around 4 months ago. Shortly after buying the device, there was an issue with the phone charging so I took it back to the store for repairs. A few days after getting the phone back from repairs, I realised there was still an issue with the device not charging properly so I took it back to the store to be sent in again. It has been around 2 months of the phone being in repairs for the second time now and every time I contact the store to find out the status of repairs I am told by the person on the phone that they will contact head office and get back to me- this never happens and everytime I contact them I get the same story. I am tired of being shunted around and I am tired of the bad service. What is happening with my phone?

The following day I tryed to purchase a R1000 gift card, the transaction was declined after the request for approval was made. The following day I returned to the store to try another purchase for a R140 necklace and a R500 gift card, at the cash desk i was notified that my account was closed for trying to buy the R1000 gift card, I think this is really unfair and that I was initially misinformed as to what I could purchase and thus a lot of time wasted.
After calling DHL last week wednesday, I was told by the representative that I do not need to worry about my package at customs and that I should receive it in 1-2 days. After wasting another R20 calling them today, I was told I would be contacted at no later than 12 PM today with information on what is happening with my package.
