Cash Converters - Service Excellence - Melville Branch with Ade
Mellville Cash Converters - i always deal with the manager, Ade who has given absolutely phenomenal service over the last few years - i purchase regularly from them and was hunting out a camera - he found me one and sent me a whatsapp,i bought it immediately, i needed a good used Big Screen TV, he whatsapped me and i bought, i needed a cupboard for my daughters bed-room, he sent me whatsapp pictures and i bought. just a few of the things he's given me personal attention on which goes a very long way - thank you Ade, the personalised service means a alot to me and my family - so much so, that my daughter will be bringing you a little gift to thank you for the cupboards you found for us! Keep up the exceptional work, my family thoroughly appreciates it of you!

Exceptional service from Keith - Hardware Centre Strijdom Park
Popped in store and needed help with a Router Collet for my project - dealt with Keith, exceptional service and incredibly insightful on their machines and tools and how to use the right tools for the right job - incredibly friendly and resourceful - thank you Keith, you are an absolute foundation of knowledge - i'll be back to collect my router bits (and hopefully, the right router i need to complete my project) - The hardware world needs more service oriented people like yourself, you've revived my passion for wood work - thanks again! MTN REFERS ME TO COLLECTIONS AFTER NON RESPONSE
I am absolutely DISGUSTED BY MTN! I get an email in from NORTON LAMBRIANOS stating i owe them R5377.31 for an account that i previously had with NASHUA. I have tried OVER 20 times to get hold of the call centre, Calls ALWAYS DROP, No one EVER CALLS BACK.I have emailed them and have a reference 10061036 relating to the billing dispute - to which no one has EVER come back to me. MTN has been overcharging me for data usage when my account with NASHUA mobile was CAPPED at a fixed rate of R109 p/m with a max of R165 credit limit - account was transfered but they \Forgot"to transfer the cap - they failed to deduct the money on direct debit over 3 months - not once did anyone call me even though i have two accounts with MTN. Now"
