Worse internet service.

Worse service I have received in my life. Paid for installation fee and everything and after 3 weeks I still couldn’t get my internet activated, I was always sent to next agent. I cancelled subscription and ask for refund which they said they can only refund after collection of router, the router was collected same day and it’s been more than a month my refund has not been processed and when I ask it’s a lot of stories. Metrofibre activated in less than two days

Unthorized debit amount

I have been renting a car with sani Sixt for 9 months. I went to change a car and they gave me a car with a with a tyre pucnture. I went back the following morning to complain , they said they don’t have another car. I then waited and told them that im not going to change the tyre because i don’t want to be charged service fee as they have always charged me. I continue with the car just putting air on it , after insisting they got another car, for my surprise they went to my account debited service fee without even calling me.

Bad customer service

Disappointed with SANI Sandton gautrain. I had a car I was using for 2 months and went to renew and the car had tyre problems. They said they were going to change the tyre and return the car and they gave me a car o don’t like and when I call to find out when I can get the car , they can’t give a answer and just say you need to stay with that car and when I wanted to cancel the contract they say they can’t cancel I have to stay with the car and that’s it. Last time doing business there. Bad customer service and consideration
