No Response from National Gambling Board despite follow ups I lodge a formal complaint with the National Gambling Board and was informed via email in December 2025 that their offices would reopen on the 5th January 2026 ,after which my complaint would be reviewed in 7 working days. I sent a follow-up email on Monday 26th January, yet I have still received no response, acknowledgement or update. At this point the review period has long passed. As a regulatory body,the National Gambling Board has a responsibility to communicate clearly and timeously with the public. The lack of feedback and accountability is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I am requesting a formal response and a update on the status of my complaint as soon as possible
I am extremely disappointed in Betway's conduct and lack of accountability. After I posted my first review on HelloPeter, Betway terminated my account while R1455 was still in the account. The money was legally mine and has never been refunded. Despite this,Betway rep**** on HelloPeter stating that "the matter is resolved ",which is simply not true.No refund was made,and no proper resolution was provided. Further concerns include: •My calls are never answered, regardless of how long I wait. •Emails are ignored or receive the same copy-and-paste responses. •Betway often replies privately, preventing transparency and giving the false impression that issues are resolved. •Marking the matter as "resolved "while funds are still withheld is misleading to both consumers and HelloPeter platform. I comp**** with all the requirements and acted in good faith throughout. Terminating an account after public complaint, while keeping the funds and claiming the issue is resolved, raises serious concerns about retaliation, fairness, and consumer protection. I have already submitted a formal complaint to the National Gambling Board regarding this matter. I now consider the funds ********ly withheld and will continue to pursue this through the relevant gambling authorities. I strongly caution other consumers. If Betway can close accounts after complaints and label matters as "resolved "without refunding customers, this is deeply concerning.
Warning:Betway not to be trusted!! Deposit R1500 via OTT voucher.Withdraw the money via EFT. Waited 2 or more days.Money transferred back into my Betway account.Then I tried withdrawing using Betway cash collect. Waited 2 more days,nothing happened. Reversed the money,played at least R150.Then I withdraw R1450 after I won and lost R50.Using again EFT. Checked my banking details again and still after 2 days..nothing!!!Sent emails, phoned them 4 times.Chat on Betway live..nothing..zero.So if you want to never see your money again..try Betway
First of all I don't have a problem with Intercape self but their employees.The afternoon of 26th of April 2025 Saturday I was on my way to Bloemfontein via Intercape bus.I had 2x luggage and 2x Plastic disposal bag containing a airfryer in 1 and a duvet in other 1.Both not very heavy.At check in of luggage, one of their staff told me I must pay R100 for the 2 extra bag.I did comply,after I paid,I ask for proof of payment and the staff member told me they will sent me a sms as to confirm payment. Till now no sms was received. Now I'm thinking that the particular staff member was dishonest and pocket my money.I just want to put this out there so to prevent people getting **** to and stole from.
