I hereby wish to lodge a complaint against Bougainville Hospital and Dr Emeka Ugwu for services rendered 10 & 12 June 2019 on my father, James Hitzeroth who is a dependent on our medical aid. He went to the trauma unit on 10 June 2019 with a severe back ache, after receiving an injection for the pain, he was sent home. On 12 June 2019 he went back after the pain did not clear up and his legs started to pain and swell up. X-rays of his back were done, a prescription were given and again was sent home. After the pain still did not clear up, we took him to the trauma unit of Zuid Afrikaanse Hospital were he was admitted immediately (and where he still is) in the Cardio ICU ward. He was admitted for a few health issues, including heart and kidney failure (which caused the back ache) and this caused trombosis. The services that was rendered on 10 June 2019 were paid cash and the services for 12 June 2019 are being claimed and processed from our savings account. We are extremely upset that we are liable for double accounts and exhausted medical aid savings account because it was not picked up the first TWO times he visited the trauma unit of Bougainville Hospital and we are appalled that the Dr did not put in any effort to find the cause of the pain/discomfort the second time he was there. It has been more than a week that my father has been in the Cardio ICU unit in a hospital further from home and we are extremely upset that this was the outcome!
On the Edgars website Club members save up to 15% on rentals a day, but on my Tempest quote no discount is received. The first consultant misunderstood and said I can't pay using my Edgars Account, the second consultant said I must resolve this matter with Edgars after I repeatedly explained that Edgars is not responsible beacuse the booking has been made with Tempest and my Edgars Club details were never given, it should be added to receive the discount. We are hiring the vehicle for 8 days and according to the Edgars website it is R178 per day which calculates to R1424, but my quote stipulates R2253. Not one consultant can give me a break-down of the quote or confirm that the amount already includes the 15% Edgars Club discount.
I've applied for a short term loan on 10 October 2018, on the 11th I received a message that it will slightly longer for the funds to payout but that it will happen soon. On the 15th I queried again and the online consultant confirmed that they are experiencing technical difficulties and that the issue has not yet been resolved, I said that they must cancel my loan because I am paying interest on money that I have not received! On the 17th an online consultant confirmed that the issue has been resolved and that they are busy with the payouts. On the 18th I tried again, because I'm experiencing an emergency and the immediately reflected in my wallet where i transferred it to my bank account, more than 24 hours later the funds does not reflect where a online consultant confirmed that they are now experiencing technical difficulties with wallet payouts and can not give me date when the money will pay out! Can seriously not believe that this is the service I receive, if it is not the one thing it is the other! Please can someone give me clarity what is going on?

On 26 November 2015 we paid our medical aid premium via EFT with the correct reference number. On 14 December 2015 we received an email and an sms that we have an outstanding debt, I forwarded the proof of payment on 15 December 2015. On 17 December we received an email and an sms that our medical aid is suspended. On the 18th we forwarded the proof of payment AGAIN and still nothing has happened, we are still suspended. After each email we just receive a reference number and then nothing at all! This can not go on! We pay a lot of money and then the payments aren't allocated and then we are suspended. My wife is 37 weeks pregnant, what do we do if she goes into labour and the hospital won't accept her???
