I had their device installed in my vehicle, and my car was involved in an accident two months before my contract with them was due to expire. I emailed Tracker to cancel my contract, but they insisted I call instead. When I phoned, they told me I had two months left and advised me to call the following month to avoid paying a cancellation fee. I followed their instructions and called again the next month, at which point they confirmed my contract was terminated. Recently, however, I received two SMS notifications demanding payment for monthly instalments. This made me realize that Tracker relies on phone call cancellations, which are easy to dispute, allowing them to continue charging customers. Based on my experience, I do not trust Tracker.
Do not subscribe to Auto Trader’s mailing notifications. Once you do, you will not be able to unsubscribe. I created an alert while searching for a car. After finding the vehicle I wanted, I attempted to unsubscribe from their emails. It is impossible. Despite sending countless messages to their customer service department, I was ignored outright. Now, my inbox is flooded daily with unwanted alerts. Their refusal to honor unsubscribe requests is not only unprofessional—it is spam, plain and simple. Auto Trader’s practices are misleading, irritating, and disrespectful to customers. Avoid their mailing notifications at all costs
I am not happy with how The Courier Guy handled my delivery yesterday; I hope you guys can do better today. Sphe sent me a message at 3:24 telling me that my delivery will be delivered in 10 min. 3 minutes later, at 3:27 I received a call from the driver telling me that he is at my gate. My cleaning lady had already knocked off at 2pm and my kids’ school is 15minutes away, had I been given enough information I would have prepared better but nobody bothered to communicate earlier. I asked the driver to wait 15 minutes but he refused. My request is for you guys to work together with your clients so that we can all win at the end of the day. If you give your clients sufficient information, they will be able to make informed decisions.
