Ordered on Friday 26 September around 5pm. This wasn't our first order. Delivery driver made contact he has arrived of which he didn't. Clear communication on the app between us, he was at the wrong address. He then asked to meet up at the garage about 2mins away from the delivery address which we agreed too. Just for him to mark the order completed. He dropped off my order infront of a random house. Ubereats is refusing to refund, if they check the app messages between us, they'd see the driver was actively in contact with me. They just lost an Uber one customer. ****mers!
****mers!!! Paid 50% deposit as required to secure moving date. On the day of pick up, they never showed and we literally had to beg for communication. They rescheduled for the Saturday but never showed up and no longer responding to messages. Victor and his team is such a disappointment.
