Worst service ever. Fibre cable not covered ,just left on the roof!
Pathetic service. Never able to speak to an agent when there is a problem. WhatsApp is NOT helpful at all. Fiber cable installed not covered lying on the roof. Not sure where to get help.
Most useless use friendly booking system and is costing great loss to Moddferfontein Nature resurve.
This complaint is for Festival mall Sheet street. I purchased bedding and received notification for the payment,few minutes later the same amount went off my account again to Sheet street.When I returned to the shop i was not really treated well.The so called supervisor that assisted me with the purchase was not very helpful. It cost me money to obtain bank statement to proof the double deduction. The not very helpful so called supervisor was rapping gifts while 4 other ladies was just standing there and made me wait. After not being treated very well as if this is all my fault. I have now waiting for feedback for 3 days. I phone the customer care number and was told the Regional manager will contact me but this has never happened! Very unhelpful staff at Festivall mall.
